Benefits and Fees

Club/ONSW Membership

Choose your club from one Orienteering NSW’s 14 clubs and enjoy all the benefits of being part of a friendly, active community, not only across NSW but across Australia and around the world. Your fee covers membership of your chosen club and through your club, the state association (ONSW).

Membership Benefits

Financial benefits

Discount on all NSW orienteering event entry fees (typically $4 per event) – a great financial benefit.

  • The Senior membership annual fee would be covered by doing roughly one event per month
  • The Junior membership annual fee is covered by doing just two events

Reciprocal membership discounts when orienteering in other states – offered automatically through orienteering’s Australia-wide online event entry system, Eventor. Entry of International events and reciprocal member discounts is another benefit.

Junior members who are at school can access the $100 NSW government Active Kids vouchers for event entry fees.

 Special offers locally.

  • Example: orienteers may purchase a Sydney Summer Series Season ticket (30% discount) for the [normally] 26-week series – one registration and payment covers the whole series.

Member discounts with Orienteering NSW’s retail partners [Under review in 2022]
